Pregnancy symptoms constipation is just one of the early symptoms of constipation. When constipation is not a normal problem for you and you think that you could be pregnant, then most likely you can confirm that you really are pregnant.  When you are constipated, you will notice a change in your bowels in the early pregnancy. The intestines may not function well due to hormonal changes.

 

 

Many first-time expectant women ask about the relationship between pregnancy and constipation. Indeed, this comes as no surprise since more than half of all pregnant women will suffer from constipation, with some even complaining of it from the first until the ninth month. Yes, indeed, you are not alone in your constipation battles while pregnant simply because it is a normal part of your condition.

 

 

It is understandable, nonetheless, if you worry about the abdominal pain and discomfort, the difficult and infrequent bowel movements, as well as the passage of small, hard stools. After all, given your already delicate condition in the stomach, another problem in the same area can cause concern, no matter how unwarranted it may seem to others. But now that you know that pregnancy and constipation come hand in hand, your fears should be lessened.

 

 

Pregnancy and constipation is always associated with one another.  During and after pregnancy, pregnancy symptoms constipation will most probably occur. This is not a serious condition for pregnant women but they can be uncomfortable because of the pain it may bring. The best treatment for constipation during pregnancy is prevention. Eat more fruits and veggies and take 10 glasses of water every day to keep your body healthy and prevent constipation from occurring.
